4. shipping & delivery

We ship Australia-wide using third-party couriers. Handling time is typically 1 business day. Delivery times vary based on location and courier conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure all delivery information is correct to avoid delays or lost shipments.

5. returns & refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase is provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
