To initiate a return for a faulty or damaged product:

If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

Items must be returned in original condition (where reasonable), with packaging and proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return a faulty item and place a new order separately.
